Enable Or Disable URL Forwarding At The Category Level

To enable or disable Privacy Protection from your category:

1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Categories.

2. Select a category.

3. Click the Category Settings tab.

4. Within the URL Forwarding section, click Enable or Disable URL Forwarding.

Edit URL Forwarding At The Category Level

When you edit URL Forwarding at the category level, NameBright will automatically apply your settings to every domain within the category.

To update URL Forwarding on a category:

1. Once you are logged in, navigate to My Categories.

2. Select a category.

3. Click the Category Settings tab.

4. Within the URL Forwarding section, click Enable or Manage URL Forwarding.

5. Make your changes and click Save.

We recommend that all domains in a category be configured identically.

HTTPS Forwards

When you enable URL Forwarding, NameBright creates a free TLS certificate for the domains in your category using Let's Encrypt. This process typically takes at least an hour and may take longer depending on the number of domains in the category. Non-secure requests will still be forwarded in the meantime. Once complete, traffic to https://yourdomain will be forwarded using the settings you selected. These certificates allow your forwards to work in modern browsers and load several seconds faster in most cases.
